Like most of your children I suppose, my son's class Valentine's Day party is on Monday. We've had lots of fun making Rice Krispy Treats (in the shape of hearts, no less), and we found these polka dotted cellophane treat bags at Michael's the other day. Just perfect for our project!
I created the treat topper with polka dotted digital paper and used a math-themed slogan for the wording, since Mason's class is working with simple math right now. Mason signed his name on a piece of paper, and I scanned it and changed it to white in Photoshop Elements so that it would be visible on the red background.
I think they turned out cute! What do you think?
P.S. We practiced making some of these treats last week, and you can see photos of the process here on my family blog, Corbett Capers.
Those turned out totally cute!! I love how you brought in math and your son's signature!! Great idea!!
